I’m taking a break from the normal routine for a minute to learn more about this hardware I’ve acquired and the software that comes with it. At first glance it seems like I’m in way over my head with it. Fortunately, I’m a determined person with no little grit. I’ve worked with programs far in excess of this, so it should be no more difficult to learn this than any other. I’m already making short, simple, fun recordings for the sake of experimentation and practice. Before long, I should be able to use this with my other software to enhance my performance and record some music for consumption. This goes hand in hand with my other projects that I am also working on. I will be able to enhance my guitar performance using these methods and I will be able to utilize the music I come up with in the computer games I produce. Seems like a fine way to me. We’ll see what the universe has for me.
However, being a fairly novel plural form, it is seldom used; the plurals platypuses,platypus, or, more rarely, platypi are more common. It should be noted that some use the plural form platypi under the impression that platypus is a masculine Latin second declension noun, which it is not.
